16 June 2021 – The National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR) and Canadian company Reconnaissance Energy Africa (ReconAfrica) has signed a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) to develop the resource potential of the Kavango Sedimentary Basin in Northeast Namibia.
